ASD Caregivers Workshops online (COMING SOON)

$20.00

ASD parent workshops presented through Microsoft Teams are 45 minutes long and provide a focused, supportive space where caregivers can share how they are doing, discuss challenges and successes, and learn practical strategies from one another and facilitators; sessions balance brief informational content with open conversation so parents can connect, reflect, and leave with actionable ideas and a renewed sense of community.

A safe space to talk freely and feel connected to other ASD caregivers offers a calm, nonjudgmental environment where experiences are heard, questions are welcomed, and practical support is shared. In this space, caregivers can express frustrations, celebrate small victories, and exchange tips for routines, therapies, and self-care without fear of criticism. Facilitated discussions and peer-led groups help build trust and understanding, reducing isolation and reinforcing that challenges are shared rather than faced alone. Access to curated resources, empathy-driven listening, and opportunities for ongoing connection create a sustained network that strengthens caregivers’ confidence and resilience.

I am here to listen and help where I can—know you are not alone.

If you want to share what’s on your mind, tell me whatever feels comfortable: current worries, a recent situation, questions about supports, or just how your day is going. I can:

  • Listen and reflect back what I hear

  • Help organize thoughts and priorities

  • Offer calming strategies and routines that may help in moments of stress

  • Suggest communication approaches for schools, therapists, or family

  • Provide ideas for sensory supports, transitions, and planning

  • Help draft messages or plans (emails, meeting notes, behavior supports)

  • Point to community or professional options to consider

If it helps, you can start with one simple thing:

  • What feels most heavy right now?

  • Or what outcome would make today better?

I’ll follow your lead and stay with you through it.
